2) What is your return/exchange policy?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
3) When will my items ship? We strive to ship all items in a timely matter, however, backorders do occur. We have recently increased our inventory as well.
Our Standard Shipping Terms are as follows:
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days however we ask that you please allow up to 8 business days for estimated shipping date of in stock items. In the event of a back order, shipping may take longer due to production schedules. We ship small orders by USPS and some issues that occur are completely out of our control, we will always try and work with you to make the situation satisfactory!
4) I have already purchased my item but did not use my code properly, can i get a refund for the difference?
No. Please double check your order and promotional code before checking out. If a mistake is made, you will be permitted to apply the code to a future order. Unfortunately we cannot refund the difference if a code is not applied at the time of purchase. Check yourself before you wreck yourself!
